How to order products on doggybench webshop?

  • Select the desired product
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • When you're done shopping, click "Go to Cart" or "Proceed to Checkout" in the upper right corner
  • Select shipping method and enter delivery information
  • Choose the payment
  • Confirm orders and complete transactions
  • After the order is successful, an order confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 15 minutes

  • Now accepting payment methods include: Credit Card, Alipay HK, FPS
    (FPS registration number: (852) 54225572, after completing the transfer, please send a screenshot of the transaction together with the order number to (852) 6850 9688 via Whatsapp for order confirmation.
  • All product values ​​are in Hong Kong dollars, and all product prices are as shown on the date of order.

How long will the delivery take?

After confirming the order, the products will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Arrangements for returns?


  • For quality and safety reasons, the company generally does not accept any return requests except for product quality issues.
  • Customers must keep the complete packaging of the goods and ensure that the goods have not been used, otherwise the company reserves the right to refuse the application for return or exchange.
  • If you suspect that there is a problem with the quality of the product, please take a photo and send it to (852) 6850 9688 via WhatsApp within 5 days after receipt, we will respond according to the actual situation. If the customer submits the application overdue, or fails to provide the relevant photos, the company may not be able to handle the problem.
